Homemade -Health Immunity builder Ginger black coffee :
It’s a one
of the most famous Indian traditional ayurvedic immunity booster It is
recommended during colder weather. As
most of the ingredients used are easily available in our kitchen and they act as
immunity booster make our body stronger to fight against the various virus and
infections related to troat, common cold, etc.
It can
be consumed in the mornings and in the evenings. Keep in in your regular diet to make
your body immune against the infections and viruses.
Ingredients:
Dry Ginger Black immunity coffee
ü 1 cups Water
ü 1/2 tablespoon Dry ginger powder
ü 3-4 Black pepper powder
ü 1/4 tablespoon Instant Coffee Powder
ü 4-5 Tulsi (holy basil) leaves.
ü 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
ü 1-2 Cardamom (Elaichi) Pods/Seeds
ü 1-2 tablespoons Jaggery, (adjust to taste)
ü Pinch of rock salt/pink Himalayan salt, or to taste
ü Half Lemon -(optional )

Then add jaggery/Jaggery
powder in boiling water. Mix it well.

After that, add Tulsi
leaves, cardamom, dry ginger powder, black pepper cumin seeds, coffee powder, and
boil for about 5-6 minutes on medium to slow flame.

switch off the flame, add a pinch of pink salt or rock salt along with lemon (optional).
Your healthy immunity boosting coffee is ready to serve.
